Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content from your Facebook Page that is displayed on your PageSync website. You grant us a limited license to display, reproduce, and distribute this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by PageSync and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Facebook Content: Your use of Facebook content is subject to Facebook's terms of service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to use the Facebook Page content with our Service.

The Service integrates with Facebook and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and we do not endorse any third-party products or services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAGESYNC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PageSync and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your website will be taken offline. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your dashboard.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
