PageSync is a service that automatically converts your Facebook Business Page into a professional, standalone website. We sync your page content, photos, business hours, contact info, and posts to create a beautiful website that stays updated whenever you post to Facebook.

Connect the Facebook Page you admin, choose a template, and create the site. Your public address (yourname.pagesync.club) is ready right away. The first Facebook sync usually finishes within a few minutes. After that, use Sync Now in the dashboard when you want the website to pick up new posts.

Absolutely not! PageSync is designed for business owners who want a website without the hassle. There's no coding, no hosting to manage, no updates to install. Just connect your Facebook Page and we handle everything else.

The website address is created as soon as you finish setup. Public page details usually appear after the first sync, which typically takes a few minutes depending on how much content is on the Facebook Page.

PageSync works with any Facebook Business Page that you have admin access to. Personal profiles are not supported, but you can easily create a Business Page for free on Facebook if you don't have one yet.

You can create a site after connecting Facebook without entering a card today. Paid billing (Basic $2.99/month or Pro $9.99/month, with optional annual pricing) is being connected. We will not charge a card that is not on file.

Not right now. You start by connecting Facebook. When card billing is enabled, we will collect a card before charging and you can cancel from the dashboard or by emailing support.

Trial reminder emails are planned, but not sending yet. We will not charge without a payment method on file. If you want to stop using PageSync, email [email protected] or delete the site from the dashboard.

Delete the site from its dashboard page, or email [email protected]. There is no separate Settings → Cancel Subscription screen yet.

When billing is live, an active paid plan keeps the site published and able to sync. Until a card is on file, we do not charge automatically.

We offer two plans: Basic at $2.99/month (or $29/year — save 20%) and Pro at $9.99/month (or $99/year — save 17%). Both plans include the 30-day free trial.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you'll never be charged again after cancellation.

When billing is enabled, we will accept major credit cards through Authorize.net. We do not store full card numbers on PageSync servers.

Annual billing saves you money — 20% off for Basic ($29/year vs $35.88/year) and 17% off for Pro ($99/year vs $119.88/year). Annual plans are billed once per year after your 30-day trial.

Yes! You can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time, and the price difference will be prorated. Downgrading from Pro to Basic takes effect at your next billing cycle. Note that downgrading will remove Pro features like custom domain and template customization.

We copy public Page details we can read: name, about text, profile and cover photos, phone, address, hours, recent posts and photos, events, and star rating when Facebook provides them. Only public posts appear on the website.

Use Sync Now on the site dashboard after you post to Facebook. Scheduled automatic sync is part of the product design and is not running on a public timer yet.

Yes! We offer 3 professionally designed templates: Modern (clean and minimal), Classic (traditional business style), and Bold (high-impact with strong colors). Pro users can also customize colors and fonts to match their brand.

Pro subscribers get access to our drag-and-drop Layout Builder, which lets you reorder sections on your website (like moving Gallery above Posts), hide sections you don't need, and even rename section titles. Try it in our interactive demo!

Yes. All three templates are built to read clearly on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Yes, every PageSync website gets a free SSL certificate automatically. Your visitors will see the secure padlock icon in their browser, which builds trust and helps with SEO.

Basic plan websites are hosted at yourname.pagesync.club (e.g., joes-pizza.pagesync.club). Pro plan users can connect their own custom domain (e.g., joespizza.com).

Yes! Pro subscribers can connect any domain they own. We'll guide you through updating your DNS settings. If you don't have a domain yet, you can purchase one from any registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.).

After upgrading to Pro, go to your dashboard and click "Custom Domain." Enter your domain name, and we'll provide the DNS records you need to add at your domain registrar. Verification usually takes 5-30 minutes once DNS propagates.

Your subdomain is set when you create your site based on your Facebook Page name. Contact support if you need to change it — we're happy to help with reasonable requests.

We request the minimum permissions needed: pages_show_list (to see your Pages), pages_read_engagement (to read your posts and content), and pages_read_user_content (to access photos). We never post to your Page or access your personal Facebook profile.

Yes! We only read publicly available content from your Business Page. We store copies of your images on our servers (so your website loads fast and works even if Facebook is down), but we never share or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes, you can disconnect at any time from your PageSync dashboard or by revoking access in your Facebook settings. Note that disconnecting will prevent your website from updating, but it will still display previously synced content.

We actively maintain our Facebook integration and update our systems whenever Facebook makes changes. If there's ever an issue, we'll notify you and work to resolve it quickly. This is one reason we charge for our service — it ensures ongoing development and support.

Not currently, but it's on our roadmap! Facebook owns Instagram, so adding Instagram integration in the future is definitely possible. Stay tuned for updates.

Yes. Each live site gets a real URL, a title and description from your Facebook Page, Open Graph tags, a sitemap, robots.txt, and LocalBusiness structured data. Search engines and AI assistants can read the same public hours, phone, and about text that visitors see. You do not have to maintain a separate SEO project.

The public site is indexable. Discovery time varies. A custom domain on Pro can make the site easier for customers to remember. We also publish a sitemap and llms.txt on each live site so search engines and AI tools can find the same public information visitors see.

Google Analytics support is a planned Pro feature. It is not a dashboard field yet. Email [email protected] if you need help adding it.

Each live site includes machine-readable public details: a title and description from your Facebook Page, LocalBusiness structured data, a sitemap, robots.txt, and an llms.txt map of hours and contact info. This is generated automatically from the same content that is already synced. You do not write or maintain extra pages for it.

Sites are served over HTTPS through Cloudflare. Images are stored by PageSync when possible so they keep loading even if a Facebook image URL changes.

First, try clicking "Sync Now" in your dashboard to trigger a manual sync. If that doesn't work, check that your Facebook Page connection is still active (you may need to reconnect if you changed your Facebook password). Still having issues? Contact support!

We sync your most recent posts (typically the last 50). Very old posts may not be included. Also, posts with privacy restrictions or posts that are only visible to certain audiences may not sync. Only public posts appear on your website.

PageSync websites are designed to mirror your Facebook Page content automatically. To update content, simply update your Facebook Page and trigger a sync. This keeps everything consistent and eliminates double-work.
